How do you create a living, scalable brand that delivers the ambition behind Natural Land?
Blurring the lines between developer, advisor & investor, Natural Land is the sister company to holiday specialists Natural Retreats.
With an ambitious growth and transformation plan, we were approached to re-brand the business from the ground up.
Previously known as Natural Assets, our first port of call was to create a friendlier tone and so the name 'Natural Land' was born.
The vision for newly named Natural Land is to become 'Champions for the rural economy'. We wanted to create a living brand that empowers the business to grow and garner trust in the marketplace. Developing brand awareness and creating engagement was key to the project and so a solid brand platform was key to consistency during the rollout.
The Natural Land crest was designed to showcase the companies heritage and commitment to rural Britain. Celebrating the birthplace of the company while creating an air of confidence and regality.
With a portfolio of locations and developments, Natural Land needed a design hierarchy for past, present and future acquisitions. Developing a framework that creates sub-brands for each development allows local personality to influence the development colour palette and crest.
Building trust through digital experiences
The vision for the website design was to convey the passion, enthusiasm and scope of Natural Land. Threading the new brand throughout the style and tone of voice reinforces the businesses position and the leading innovator and investor for rural Britain.
With two main focuses and a plethora of stakeholders, the site needed to work hard to meet its key user's expectations. Alongside brand awareness, the sites key commercial goal is the sale of luxury holiday homes within Natural Lands places. It has the task of selling a lifestyle to potential home buyers, building trust with investors, landowners and government bodies and engaging/appeasing local communities when new developments are announced.

The decision to buy a second home is a hugely emotive one. With awe-inspiring locations, unrivaled service and luxury properties, we needed to connect potential customers with the Natural Land lifestyle.
Property brochures are often the initial introduction to a developer so we wanted that relationship to start on the right foot. Whether you are being driven around a development site in one of the liveried Range Rovers or simply picking up a brochure to take home - Natural Land stands out from its competitors. With luxurious finishes, stunning imagery and the brands narrative threaded throughout, the brochures feel every bit as high quality as the properties they help sell.
