We put Henry and his herd of helpers at the core of his brand to underline the quality of his tasty, premium dairy produce. Now, we are helping him take new products onto the fast-moving grocery shelves…

Staying true to my Cheshire farming roots, I use a time-honoured recipe to make proper rice pudding from our free range cows’ creamy milk, traditional pudding rice and a pinch of nutmeg to create a heart-warming family favourite.
